Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Zolo Shop BD. If for any reason you're not completely happy, here is our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, and products on sale or clearance (if specified).
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

How to Return Items

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization and instructions.
  2. Pack your items securely in their original packaging (if available).
  3. Ship the items back to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Once received, we will inspect the returned items and issue a refund or replacement, as applicable.

Final Sale Items

Some products may be marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or refunded. These items will be clearly noted on the product page.
