SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All stationery products, journals, and desk accessories are prepared and packed at our studio.

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Personalised or custom-printed stationery items require an additional 2–4 business days for production prior to dispatch.

2. Third-Party Delivery Services

  • We partner with trusted third-party delivery services and couriers (such as local postal services, DHL, FedEx, and UPS) to ship your orders.

  • Once your package has been handed over to the third-party carrier, physical transport and final delivery are managed entirely by the delivery company.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Estimated 7–14 business days (varies by destination and customs handling).

  • Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed.

4. Packaging & Protective Handling

  • To protect delicate paper stock, prints, and notebooks against moisture and creasing, items are shipped using flat rigid mailers, protective sleeves, or reinforced boxes.

5. Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking link will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.

6. Delays, Damaged Goods & Lost Packages

  • Delays: We are not directly responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, peak holiday volumes, or customs processing.

  • Damaged Items: If your stationery arrives creased, wet, or damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Re-shipping fees will apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

7. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
